What is The Blueprint
Most training plans are built for everyone, which means they're built for no one. The Blueprint is different.
You fill out a detailed intake covering everything that actually matters — your VO2 max, resting heart rate, and wearable data, your nutrition habits and goals, any injuries or movement limitations, the equipment you have access to, and how much time you can realistically train.
